Green Bean Casserole

Taking a classic and jazzing it up.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled (save grease)
  • 4 15oz cans Cut Green Beans
  • 1 10 oz can Condensed Mushroom Soup
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • 1-1/2 cups Crispy Fried Onions French's Brand

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Bake or fry bacon until cripsy. Save the grease for later
  • Once bacon is cooled, crumble into pieces
  • Add reserved bacon grease to saucepan over medium heat
  • Drain green beans. Put green beans into saucepan and stir
  • Season to taste with salt and garlic pepper
  • Heat for about 5 minutes
  • Empty green beans into casserole dish
  • Mix in the condensed soup, milk, bacon, and half of the crispy fried onions
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Top the casserole with the remaining crispy friend onions
  • Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until onions are golden brown
